青花菜两类雄性不育系花器官形态结构的比较研究

【摘要】 以青花菜高代自交系8554、93219及由其经多代回交转育而成的两类雄性不育系为试材,对其死蕾数、花器官形态、含蜜量、蜜蜂访花频次和蜜腺扫描电镜(SEM)结构进行了比较研究。结果表明,在花蕾长、花蕾直径、单枝死蕾数、花冠直径、雄蕊长、花瓣长、花药长、单花含蜜量、蜜蜂访花次数、访花时间和成熟蜜腺扫描电镜结构等方面,经相同自交系转育而成的显性细胞核雄性不育系(DGMS)与细胞质雄性不育系(CMS)间存在显著差异,总体表现为DGMS明显优于CMS。
【Abstract】 The differences of the bud death,floral organ,flower nectar volume and bees visit flowers among dominant genic male sterile(DGMS) line,cytoplasmic male sterile(CMS) line and inbred line of broccoli 8554 and 93219 were studied.The results showed that the differences of the bud length,bud diameter,death buds of single branch,corolla diameter,stamen length,anther length, petal length,single flower nectar volume,the times of visiting bees,the number of visiting bees,the time of bees staying on the flower and the electron scanning microscope(SEM) structure of mature nectary between DGMS and CMS of lines 8554 and 93219 were significant.On the whole,above characteristics in DGMS lines were significantly better than CMS lines.
