代森锰锌在东北红豆杉开放式组培中的应用研究

【摘要】 本文通过在B5培养基中添加不同浓度的代森锰锌,研究其在东北红豆杉开放式组织培养中的抑菌效果及其对外植体生长的影响,以确定抑菌剂的最佳应用浓度范围。实验结果表明:代森锰锌浓度大于0.2g/L时抑菌效果均较好。其浓度为0.1~0.3g/L时,出愈时间提前了3天左右,出愈率可达到97%以上;而浓度为0.5~1.0g/L时出愈率约为60%~80%,出愈时间推迟了1~5天。因此,代森锰锌浓度为0.2~0.3g/L时,抑菌效果较好,且对植物的生长影响较小,可作最佳的抑菌剂的浓度范围。
【Abstract】 Mancozeb of different concentrations were added into B5 medium respectively.This research was concerned with the optimum range of concentrations of mancozeb in the open tissue culture of taxus cuspidate by studying the antibacterial effects and the impacts on the growth of explants about mancozeb.The results showed that the antibacterial effects were better when the concentration of mancozeb was above 0.2g/L,The germination rate of explants was over 97%and the time was advanced by 3 days when the concentration range of mancozeb was among 0.1 -0.3g/L However the germination rate of explants was only about 60%~80%and the time was postponed for about 1-5 days when the concentration range of mancozeb was among 0.5- 1.0g/L The conclusion was that the optimum concentration range of mancozeb was 0.2-0.3g/L in the open tissue culture of taxus cuspidate because it had better antibacterial effects and less impacts on the growth of explants
