塔罗科血橙新系与摩罗血橙杂交创造三倍体的初步研究

【摘要】 以塔罗科血橙新系、摩罗血橙进行自交和正反交获得的后代,经染色体数目观察表明,在塔罗科血橙新系×摩罗血橙的145株后代中,获得3株三倍体,其余组合的后代均为二倍体。这为后续三倍体柑橘的选育及植物三倍体起源演化的深入研究莫定了基础。
【Abstract】 Chromosome number of the progeny obtained by inbreding or crossing of Tarocco Xinxi and Morocco blood was checked.The result shows that there has 3 triploid plants in 145 progeny obtained by crossing of Tarocco Xinxi xMorocco blood,and all is diploid in other combinations.At the same time,the result for the subsequent research laid a foundation about breeding triploid citrus or origin and evolution of triploid plants.
