苹果多倍体资源的培育与评价

【摘要】 为获得三倍体植株,以试管苗叶片为试材,通过秋水仙素诱导成四倍体,再与二倍体进行杂交育种,从后代中筛选三倍体资源。结果表明:以0.03-0.12%秋水仙素处理叶片,均能获得四倍体植株,以0.06%秋水仙素处理5d诱变率最高,达到15%。四倍体植株通过扩繁、生根、移栽、高接促进早开花,再与二倍体品种杂交育种。杂交后代倍性鉴定后,进行三倍体初选。通过对四倍体嘎拉与寒富杂交后代7个三倍体株系的植物学特征、生物学特性与果实经济性状调查,三倍体优系均表现出多倍体的特性。

【Abstract】 to get triploid plantlet,Hybrid offspring from cross breeding between diploid cultivar and tetraploids which were in vitro leaves treated with colchicine were used resource to screen triploid plantlet.The results showed that the tetraploid plants were induced after the leaves were treated with 0.03-0.12 colchicine,with the percentages of tetraploids to 15%,by 0.06%cocicine for 5 days.In order to early flower,the tetraploid plants were propagated,rooted,transplanted,topworked.Then crossing was begun with diploid cultivars.These triploid plants were proceed primary election phase,after Hybrid offspring were determined their ploidy.Seven triploids from tetraploid Gala crossing Hanfu were displayed polyploidy character by analysis of phytology characters,biological characteristics and fruits economic characters.
