纳米银消毒水仙外植体应用初探

【摘要】 尝试用纳米银消毒处理苏州野生水仙外植体,建立组织培养无菌体系,比较了纳米银与升汞的消毒效果,并初步探索了用于水仙外植体消毒的浓度及处理时间。结果表明,纳米银对苏州野生水仙外植体的消毒效果明显优于升汞,污染率仅为升汞的一半左右;本试验中纳米银消毒的最佳浓度为30mg·L-1,最佳时间为40min。
【Abstract】 This study used nanometer silver to disinfect the explants of wild Narcissus in Suzhou to set up the asepsis system for tissue culture.We compared the disinfection effects of nanometer silver and 0.1%HgCl2,and preliminarily studied the disinfection concentration and time of nanometer silver.Results indicated that the disinfection effect on wild Narcissus in Suzhou of nanometer silver was distinctly better than 0.1%HgCl2,because the contamination rate was only about the half of HgCl2.In this research,the best disinfection concentration of nanometer silver was 30mg?L-1,and the best disinfection time was 40min.
