滇牡丹花色类群性状变异分析

【摘要】 对滇牡丹10个花色类群的13个数量性状和5个质量性状进行了调查及统计分析,结果表明:(1)未发现所有花部性状均为同色的花色类群;(2)从花色与其它质量性状的连锁看,绿色类群均具绿色柱头,且是唯一存在直立花朵、绿色花丝、绿色花药的类群,其它花色类群与花部的其它性状间均不存在唯一连锁性;(3)10个类群13个性状的平均变异系数范围为32.80~50.56,说明不同类群中个体间的性状稳定性差异较大;(4)10个花色类群平均表型分化系数为42.25%,表明花色类群的表型变异更多来源于类群内,但类群间变异也较大;(5)据花色演化趋势,初步推断云南省迪庆州中甸、德钦一带可能为滇牡丹的起源中心;(6)提出种质提纯、花色素测定等为滇牡丹育种需尽快解决的主要问题。
【Abstract】 This study investigated and analysised 10 different flower color groups in Paeonia delavayi Franch,based on thirteen quantitative traits and five qualitatiive traits.The results are as follows:(1)the flower color groups not found that all floral traits in the same color;(2)green group have green stigma,and is the only remaining upright flowers、green filament、green anther,other color groups and flower of other characters do not exist the only linkage;(3)the average coefficient of variation in the range of 32.80~50.56 in 10 groups of 13 traits,indicating there are many individual differences in different groups; (4)the mean phenotypic differentiation coefficient is 42.25%of 10 groups,indicating that flower color groups to be more of the phenotypic variation within groups,but also a great variation between groups;(5)according to evolutionary trends in color,we concluded that Zhongdian、Deqin of Yunnan Diqing area may be the center of origin of P.delavayi;(6)germplasm purification, the determination of anthocyanidin are proposed as major problems in breeding of P.delavayi.
