4种兜兰属植物的杂交结实性研究
Studies on Fruit Set of Cross-pollination in 4 Paphiopedilum Species

【摘要】 对4种兜兰属植物进行AA式完全双列杂交,共获得4个自交组合与12个杂交组合果荚,总授粉花朵数为641朵,总获果数为477个,结实率为74.42%,其中,自交总授粉花朵数为193朵,成功获果127个,结实率为65.80%,杂交总授粉花朵数为448朵,成功获得350个果荚,结实率为78.1 3%。各组合果荚生长曲线走势大致相同,授粉后4~6天可见柱头稍膨大,7~11天子房开始膨大,于60~90天基本趋于平稳。4种兜兰之间的杂交结实率与其亲缘关系基本吻合。
【Abstract】 Complete diallel crossing among 4 species of Paphiopedilum were carried out 4 self-combinations and 12 cross-combinations were acquired.477 capsules of 16 combinations were attained successfully from 641 pollinated flowers of 16 combinations. The percentage of fecundity was 74.42%of which the percentage of self-combinations was 65.80%whose capsules were 127 and pollinated flowers were 193 and 78.13%for cross-combinations whose capsules were 350 and pollinated flowers were 448.The growth trend of various capsules was approximate.Chapiter expanded a little after pollination for about 4 to 6 days.The sepal and petal began to crimple after 7 to 11 days and capsules began to expand simultaneously.It arrived to the maximum and held the line after 60 to 90 days.
