水分胁迫对枇杷菌根苗生长和养分吸收的影响

【摘要】 本文研究了3种水分梯度(正常供水、轻度胁迫和重度胁迫)下,接种3种丛枝菌根真菌(光壁无梗囊霉,摩西球囊霉和苏格兰球囊霉)对枇杷苗(Eriobotrya japonica Lindl.)生长和养分吸收的影响。结果表明,接种后增加了枇杷苗的生物重量、株高和总叶面积。3种AMF都能增加枇杷苗氮、钾、磷、钙、镁、锌、铜的吸收量,以重度水分胁迫条件下促进以上矿质元素吸收的效果最明显,轻度水分胁迫的效果次之,菌根对枇杷苗7种矿质元素吸收量的贡献率与对生物重量的贡献率呈正相关。

【Abstract】 The effects of three arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(Acaulospora laevis,Glomus mosseae and Glomus caledonium) on plant growth and nutrient uptake of loquat(Eriobotrya japonica Lindl.) seedlings under three water regimes(well watered,water stressed-slight,water stressed-heavy) were investigated.Results showed that inoculated seedlings had higher dry biomass,plant height,and total leaf areas than the un-inoculated counterparts under all water regimes.All three AMF species increased the uptake of N,K,P,Ca,Mg,Zn and Cu in loquat seedlings,and the uptake of above nutrient was the best under heavy water stressed seedlings, followed by slight water stressed seedlings.The mycorrhizal contributions to the uptakes of 7 mineral elements were positively related to that to the biomass of the loquat seedlings.
