【摘要】 采用离体培养法测定了20个山东主栽石榴品种的发芽率,并对4℃干燥贮藏条件下的花粉活力变化进行了研究。结果表明,石榴花粉萌发时间短,约为1h;不同品种的花粉发芽率存在显著差异,大青皮甜花粉发芽率最高(68.15%),青皮马牙甜最低(14.43%);随着贮藏时间的延长,花粉活力逐渐降低,30d后怀远青皮甜最高(41.31%),而青皮马牙甜、怀远玉石籽、粉红重辩3个品种的发芽率为0%。更多还原

【Abstract】 The percentage of pollen germination of 20 local pomegranate cultivars was detected by pollen cultured in vitro in Shandong Province.Pollen viability was also studied in the condition of dry store at 4℃.The results indicated that the pollen germination time was about 1h.The difference of pollen germination percentage among different cultivars was significant.The pollen germination percentage of Daqingpitian was highest (68.15%),while that of Qingpimayatian was lowest(14.43%).Pollen viability reduced gradually with the storage time increased.The pollen viability of Huaiyuanqingpitian was highest(41.31%) after 30d storage,which of Qingpimayatian,Huaiyuanyushizi and Fenhongchongban was 0%respectively.更多还原
