SRAP和SSR标记在枇杷种质资源遗传多样性研究中的应用

【摘要】 本实验利用SRAP和SSR两种分子标记共计50对引物组合对来自6个国家的46份枇杷品种资源的基因组DNA进行了遗传多样性分析,两种标记分别获得13435和685条扩增谱带,其中434个SRAP标记位点中有236个位点产生多态性,10对SSR引物由8对产生多态性,分别利用NTSYSpc-2.10和DPS3.01软件对46份枇杷资源进行聚类分析,获得的两个聚类图结果较为吻合,仅个别资源有拉近或拉远的趋势。利用SRAP和SSR两种标记的扩增谱带数据进行聚类分析,可将46份枇杷品种划分为4个类群,并依相似性系数分析了各品种资源的亲缘关系。
【Abstract】 To investigate the genetic diversity in the cultivated loquat germplasm and to provide information for parental selection and germplasm improvement,forty-six loquat germplasm from six countries were analysed with SRAP and SSR markers.The results showed that:A total of 13435 SRAP bands and 685 SSR bands were obtained with 50 informative primer combinations,236 bands among 434 SRAP bands(54.37%) and 8 of 10 SSR primer combinations were polymorphic. The clustered result using NTSYSpc-2.10 and DPS3.01 softwares showed no difference for 46 materials,only some germplasm had difference.The 46 materials were clustered into four groups according to the band of SRAP and SSR.
