缩节胺对百合生长发育及内源激素含量的影响

【摘要】 为探讨缩节胺(Pix)对东方百合生长发育的影响及其激素调节机理,筛选出Pix的适宜处理方式及最佳处理浓度,本文以东方百合‘索蚌’为试材,用不同处理方式及浓度的Pix进行处理,调查其对百合株高、花期及鳞茎等相关指标的影响,并用ELISA法测定百合初现蕾时叶片中植物激素的含量。结果表明:Pix处理使东方百合始花时间显著提前,对花朵寿命、单株花朵数及种球周径没有影响;Pix浸球及生长期喷施处理使东方百合株高降低,蕾期喷施处理使单株花期和群体花期延长,处理浓度以400mg·L-1为最佳。Pix处理降低了叶片中GA的含量,增加了ABA和IAA含量,IAA含量的增加,IAA/ZR的提高是百合群体花期延长的主要原因。

【Abstract】 This research aimed to select a proper concentration of Pix for oriental lily and discuss the Hormonal Regulation Physiology.Oriental Lily cultivars ’ Sorbonne’ had been used as material Different treatments and concentrations of Pix had been designed to investigate the influence on plant height,florescence and bulbs and determine the hormone content of new leaves by ELISA while the bud of lily come out.The result showed that Pix treatment was responsible for the advance of early florescence,but had no significant effect on flower life,bulb perimeter and the number of flowers per plant;bulb soaking with Pix or spraying Pix at growth stage could decrease the plant height,spraying Pix at bud stage could prolong the florescence per plant and inflorescence of population,the best Pix treatment concentration was 400mg·L-1.The content of GA decreased while the ABA and IAA increased in leaves.The increase of IAA,,ABA content and IAA/ZR was responsible for prolonged inflorescence of population.
