上山越夏对大花蕙兰可溶性糖积累及碳氮比的影响
The Impacts on Soluble Sugar and C/N within Cymbidium over Summering on the Mountains

【摘要】 为了探讨上山越夏对大花蕙兰可溶性糖积累及碳氮比的影响,本实验以大花蕙兰‘粉梦露’和‘幻影’3年生苗为试材,分别进行上山越夏栽培和不上山温室栽培试验。结果证明,上山越夏对大花蕙兰根、假鳞茎及叶的生长具有明显促进作用。其中干物质重、可溶性糖含量及碳氮比均有显著提高。‘粉梦露’和‘幻影’分别当全株干物质重达到235g/株和154g/株、叶部可溶性糖分别达到15.2%和25.7%时,具备了开花条件。
【Abstract】 Inorder to explore the impacts on soluble sugar and C/N within Cymbidium over summering on the mountains,species ’ Pink Monroe’ and Walu ’ Idol’ three-year-old plants were used as materials to be experimented on the mountains and in greenhouse in summer respectively.Results showed that the roots,pseudobulbs and leaves of those on the mountains grew better, with the dry weight and soluble sugar and C/N increased remarkably.The plants could blossom when soluble sugar within leaves of ’ Pink Monroe’ and Walu ’ Idol’ were 15.2%and 25.7%while dry weight were 235g and 154g per plant respectively.
