【摘要】 以东方百合卡萨布兰卡（Casa Blanca）、西伯利亚（Siberia）鳞片扦插繁殖出的小籽球为试验材料进行研究。结果表明:不同栽培基质、不同的生长调节剂和营养液对籽球栽培复壮都有显著的影响。以河沙作为栽培基质最有利于卡萨布兰卡种球的栽培复壮,鳞茎周径、鳞茎鲜重和根数分别为7.8cm、8.2g、10条。6-BA+GA₃+营养液1(N:P:K=4:1:4（Ca（NO₃）₂4mmol/L、KH₂PO₄2mmol/L、K₂SO₄3mmol/L、MgSO₄1mmol/L）处理对西伯利亚种球复壮的效果最好,鳞茎周径、鳞茎鲜重和根数分别为10.0cm、14.7g、10条。更多还原

【Abstract】 The scales materials were from cutting propagation of oriental hybrid（Siberia、Casa Blanca）.The results indicated that different substrates and growth regulators and nutrient solution have obvious effects on the rejuvenation cultivation of oriental lily bulblet.The best medium for Rejuvenation Cultivation bulblet of Casa Blanca is river sand.Bulb circumference,bulb fresh weight and root numbers were 7.8cm,8.2g and 10.The best growth regulator and nutrient solution for rejuvenation cultivation of Siberia bulblet are 6-BA + GA₃ + nutrient solution 1(N:P:K=4:1:4（Ca（NO₃）₂ 4mmol/L、KH₂PO₄2mmol/L、K₂SO₄ 3mmol/L、MgSO₄ 1mmol/L）.Bulb circumference,bulb fresh weight and root numbers were 10.0cm,14.7g and 10.更多还原
