低温对盆栽牡丹连续催花生长发育的影响

【摘要】 用4个牡丹品种‘胡红’、‘迎日红’、‘明星’、‘洛阳红’的催花植株,在温室复壮栽培后低温处理再进行催花实验。发现经过低温处理的牡丹植株在连续催花中比未经低温处理的植株萌发所需时间短,萌发率高,并且植株叶片发育正常,生长良好,未经低温处理的植株叶片小,生长差;但是可能由于牡丹花芽分化障碍,连续催花植株均未开花。

【Abstract】 Cultivated methods for rejuvenation of tree peony cultivars ’ HuHong ’,’ YingrRiHong’,’ MingXing’,and ’ LuoYangHong’ after their expedition was carried in the greenhouse,then the flowers were expedited again in the green house after chilling treatment Peony plant after chilling in successive expedite flowering process needed shorter time to germination with higher germination rate than without cold storage treatment;leaves of chilling treatment in the process of successive expedite flowering grow better than those without chilling treatment;but flower bud differentiation did not completed as manifested in the four varieties being they did not bloom in the process of successive expedite flowering.
