【摘要】 本研究对‘西伯利亚’百合的鳞片扦插繁殖进行了系统研究,试验结果表明:不同消毒剂、扦插基质、扦插所用鳞片层次及扦插时间均对扦插繁殖有显著影响。0.1%HgCl₂处理7min,鳞片扦插后基本上不发生腐烂;基质A（草炭:沙子=1:1）的效果最好,无论从平均生籽球率、籽球平均直径、平均叶片数、平均籽球重量等方面都好于别的处理;不同层次鳞片生籽球率为:外层>中层>内层,这与亚洲杂种百合鳞片扦插的研究结果比较一致。更多还原

【Abstract】 The cutting propagation of bud scale of Siberia Lily was studied.The results showed that the different disinfectors, cutting medium,scale level and cutting time had significant effects.The treatment of 0.1%HgCl₂for 7 min could prevent bud scale from rotting;Medium A of peat/sand（1:1） was observed to have the better effect than other treatments,for example the seed ball percentage,the seed ball diameter,the quantity of leaf and the seed ball weight;The seed ball percentage of the different scale level was outer>middle>inner,the result was consistent with the study of Asian hybrid lily.更多还原
