贴梗海棠花粉萌发影响因素初探

【摘要】 以白花、红花两种贴梗海棠花粉为试验材料,研究了花粉采集时间、贮藏条件及培养基中蔗糖、硼酸、尿素、硝酸钙浓度对花粉萌发影响。结果表明:贴梗海棠花粉萌发的适宜蔗糖浓度为20%~25%,无蔗糖及高于30%蔗糖的培养基均不萌发;一天中以8:00~12:00采集的花粉萌发率较高,下午采集的花粉萌发率较低。低浓度尿素、硝酸钙促进了花粉的萌发,高浓度抑制花粉的萌发,0.3%尿素促进萌发效果最好。0.1%~0.5%的硼酸均显著抑制了贴梗海棠花粉的萌发。0~4℃低温贮藏利于延长花粉寿命,白花贴梗海棠花粉在0~4℃低温贮存13d时萌发率仍显著高于初始时,室温下仅能贮存6d;红花贴梗海棠花粉0~4℃低温贮存13d时萌发率与初始时差异不显著,而室温贮存13d则极显著低于初始时。不同品种的贴梗海棠花粉适宜的培养基及贮存时间不同。

【Abstract】 The effect of different collection time,storage condition,concentration of sucrose,boric acid,urea and Ca (NO32,in the cultural medium on pollen germination of white and red flower Chaenomeles lagenaria were studied.The results showed that,20%-25%of sucrose in cultural medium was suitable for the pollen germination,but the pollen did not germinate on the medium with on sucrose or its concentration was above 30%.The germinating ratio was higher when the pollen was collected on 8:00 - 12:00,and it was lower when pollen was collected in the afternoon.Lower concentration of urea and Ca (NO32 stimulated pollen germinating,and 0.3%of urea had the better effect,but the higher concentration inhibited pollen germinating.0.1%-0.5%of boric acid inhibited the pollen germinating remarkably.Store on lower temperature of 0-4℃was favorable for prolonging the pollen life.When the pollen of white flower Chaenomeles lagenaria was stored at 0 -4℃for 13 days,its germinating ratio was observably higher than the initial value,but it could only be stored at room temperature for 6 days.The germinating ratio had no markedly difference bettween the pollen of red flower Chaenomeles lagenaria stored at 0 - 4℃for 13 days and the initial value.But the germinating ratio was significantly lower than the initial value when the pollen was stored at room temperature for 13 days.It suggested that different variety of Chaenomeles lagenaria pollen had different favorable cuture medium and storage time.
