东方百合种球低温处理对其成花特性的影响

【摘要】 对东方百合种球冷藏处理(2℃)74d后进行1 35d的冻藏处理(-1℃),研究其冷藏打破种球休眠以及冻藏抑制种球萌发的适宜时间。从花茎长度、花苞的数量、花期及第一花苞的大小等4个指标综合评价,‘西伯利亚’周径为12~14cm、14~16cm的种球,‘元帅’周径为12~14cm、14~16cm的种球,‘索蚌’周径为12~14cm、14~16cm的种球,适宜的低温处理天数分别为42~102d,42~87d,74~87d,74d,74~87d,74~87d。‘元帅’周径为14~16cm的种球冷藏时间不宜少于42d,其它处理的冷藏时间均不宜低于29d。‘索蚌’两种规格的种球,可将其低温贮藏时间延长至102~209d。
【Abstract】 This experiment was purposely to research the flowering characteristics of Oriental Lily with the bulbs stored at low-temperature(firstly cold storage at 2℃for 74 day,then frozen storage at -1℃for 135 days).The characteristics such as flower stem length,numbers of inflorescence,size of the first inflorescence and flowering duration were analysed,the resultes showed as followed:For ’Siberia’ bulbs with perimeter 12~14cm and 14~16cm,’Acapulco’ bulbs with perimeter 12~14cm and 14~16cm,’Sorbonne’ bulbs with perimete12~14cm and 14~16cm, the suitable storage period respectively was 42~87 days,42~102 days,74~87 days,74 days,74~87 days and 74~87 days.For ’Acapulco’ bulbs with perimete14~16cm,the shortest storage period was more than 42 days,and for the other size of bulbs,the shortest storage period was more than 29 days.Moreover,for ’Sorbonne’ bulbs with perimeter 12~14cm and 14~16cm,the storage period could be delayed to 102~209 days.
