【摘要】 以3个茎瘤芥杂交组合的P₁、P₂、F₁、F₂、B₁、B₂世代为试材,采用世代平均数分析的多元回归法,对叶性状的基因效应进行了分析。结果表明:叶长以加性效应和显性效应为主;叶宽的加性效应占优势,但有时显性效应和上位性效应不可忽视;叶重的上位性效应与加性效应并重,显性效应在某些组合也显著存在;上位性效应主要是加性与加性互作;叶性状的遗传基本上是以可固定遗传的加性类效应占主导地位,其F₁代都具有不同程度的正向优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Three F₁ tumorous stem mustard hybrids,F₂’s,backcrosses B₁’s and B₂’s and their parents were included to study gene effects of leaf type traits,including leaf length,leaf width and leaf fresh weight,using multiple regression of the generation means.The results showed that additive and dominant gene effects had major contributions to leaf length and additive to leaf width.But dominant and epistatic gene effects should not be ignored for leaf width in some crosses.The epistatic and additive gene effects both were important for leaf fresh weight,dominant alse for some crosses.The main of epistatic effects were interaction of additive- additive.On the whole additive type effects were predominant and F1 hybrid had different degree of positive heterosis for leaf type traits.更多还原
