沙芥繁育系统和传粉生物学研究
Studies on the Breeding System and Pollination Biology of Pugionium cornutum(L.)

【摘要】 以毛乌素沙地自然居群和内蒙古农业大学科技园区人工栽培种群的沙芥为研究对象,运用杂交指数、花粉-胚珠比、人工授粉试验、重力玻片法和定位观测等方法,研究了其繁育系统和传粉习性。结果显示:沙芥的繁育系统为异花授粉植物,具有明显的自交不亲和特性,不存在无融合生殖。沙芥传粉媒介中风的飘移能力非常微弱;其在自然居群有访花昆虫19种,分属于5个目、14个科;在人工栽培种群有12种,分属于5个目、9个科。意大利蜜蜂、熊蜂、黑带食蚜蝇和拟蜂食蚜蝇是两个居群共有的主要传粉昆虫,在自然居群熊蜂属类访花频率一天中有两次小高峰,其中最高峰和开花日高峰基本重叠。
【Abstract】 By a field of investigation,out crossing index,pollen-ovule ratio,emasculation, bagging and artificial pollination,we studied breeding System,pollination of P.cornutum in the natural populations and the artificial populations.The results show:The breeding system of P.cornutum should be a kind of cross-pollinating and no apomixis.Wind is very weak during pollinating.There are 19 species flower visitors in the natural populations,which belong to 14 families and 5 orders.There are 12 species flower visitors in the artificial populations,which belong to 9 families and 5 orders.Among them,Apis mellifera,Bombus sp.,Episyrphus balteatus and Pseudouolue ella mimica are the main pollinators both in the two populations.Bombus s.is the highest frequency pollinator in the natural populations.Apis mellifera and Episyrphus balteatus are the highest frequency pollinators in the artificial populations.
