擎天凤梨泛素基因的克隆及生物信息学分析

【摘要】 本研究以擎天风梨Ostara花器全长cDNA文库为基础,经大规模随机测序及重叠群(congtigs)内EST序列的拼接,获得了擎天凤梨泛素基因,序列全长为1896bp,ORF长1323bp,编码441个蛋白氨基酸残基,并采用生物信息学手段对其核苷酸、氨基酸序列、蛋白氨基酸特征及亲缘关系进行了分析。
【Abstract】 Based on floral organ full length cDNA library constructed successfully in Guzmania Ostara,full length cDNA sequence of ubiquitin gene was obtained by random sequencing on a large scale and EST sequences assembly in a congtig.The cDNA sequence had 1896bp in total length,1323bp in ORF(open reading frame),and encoded 441 amino acid residues.Moreover,its nucleotides sequence,amino acid sequence,protein character and molecular evolution relationship were analyzed by bioinformatics methods.
