超临界CO2流体萃取南瓜籽油的质量研究

【摘要】 以南瓜籽为试验材料,采用二氧化碳超临界流体萃取(SFE)技术从南瓜籽中提取南瓜籽油,进行得率和质量研究表明,SFE法较索氏萃取法提高了不饱和脂肪酸的含量。以得率为标准,SFE-CO2萃取的适宜条件为:时间为120min、压力为35MPa、温度为35℃、二氧化碳流量为2ml/min。

【Abstract】 Pumpkin seed is rich in oleic acid and linoleic acid that are of nutrition function for prostatic.Using pumpkin seed as material,pumpkin seed oil was extracted by supercritical fluid extraction(SFE) technology.The yield of the pumpkin seed oil is influence obviously by the content of water in the material,as well as the granularity.The yield of oleic acid is improved by CO2 SFE.With the yield of the pumpkin seed oil as reference,the suitable extracting conditions of CO2 SFE of pumpkin seed oil were 35 Mpa of extracting pressure,35℃of extracting temperature,2 ml/min of carbon dioxide flow rate and 120 min extraction period..
