中国南瓜主要性状遗传特性的初步研究

【摘要】 通过对具有代表性的24个中国南瓜自交系,和由这些自交系所组配的40个杂交组合作为样本进行分析。结果表明:南瓜主要性状遗传规律较为复杂,同一性状,在有些中国南瓜中表现为质量性状,有些表现为数量性状。中国南瓜7种性状的变异系数大小依次为果形指数、白粉病病情指数、病毒病病情指数、单果重、产量、可溶性固形物含量、第1坐果节位。中国南瓜产量、白粉病病情指数具有较明显的离中优势,可溶性固形物的离中优势较低。果形指数与第1坐果节位相关极显著,与单果重呈极显著负相关。产量与单果重相关极显著,与病毒病情指数呈极显著负相关。病毒病病情指数与南瓜果实可溶性固形物含量之间呈显著负相关。在供试的中国南瓜中,84.4%抗病毒病,81.3%不抗白粉病。
【Abstract】 Twenty-four representative Chinese Pumpkin(Cucurbita moschata) inbred lines and 40 Hybrids crossed by the inbred were selected in random and analyzed.The results showed that,genetic laws of Chinese pumpkin is complex,same trait,some Chinese Pumpkins behave qualitative character,some Chinese Pumpkin behave quantitative character.From high to low, variation coefficients of Chinese pumpkin’s 7 traits are Fruit shape index,Powdery mildew disease index,viral disease index,weight of single fruit,yield,soluble solid content,first fruit node in turn.Yield and Powdery mildew disease index of Chinese Pumpkin has high heterosis from mid-parent,soluble solid content has low heterosis from mid-parent.Fruit shape index and first fruit node,Yield and weight of single fruit have very significant correlation,fruit shape index and weight of single fruit,yield and viral disease index,viral disease index and soluble solid content have significant negative correlation.84.4%of Chinese Pumpkins resist viral disease, 81.3%sense Powdery mildew disease.
