【摘要】 6个籽用南瓜自交系按双列杂交设计配制36个组合,对单瓜重、瓜横径、瓜纵径、籽粒宽、籽粒长、单瓜产籽数、百粒重、单瓜产籽量等8个主要经济性状的配合力和遗传相关进行了研究。结果表明:6个亲本在8个主要经济性状上一般配合力效应差异极显著,15个组合在8个主要经济性状上特殊配合力效应差异也极显著。单瓜重和瓜横径与单瓜产籽数的关系十分密切,且为正相关关系;百粒重和单瓜产籽数与单瓜产籽量关系十分密切,且百粒重在所考察的性状中对单瓜产籽量影响最大,而且其影响方式主要是直接影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 36 crosses were made in diallel cross design by using 6 inbred lines of seed pumpkin.Combining ability of individual fruit weight,fruit length,fruit diameter,seed length, seed width,seed amount per fruit,100 seeds weight and seed yield per fruit were investigated. And several genetic parameters of 8 characters mention above were estimated,the results showed that heredity of fruit weight,fruit length,seed amount per fruit and seed yield per fruit were affected mostly by non-additive effect,heterosis breeding is an effective pathway for these 4 characters.On the contrary,additive effect was dominant for the other 4 characters and can be chosen in early generation.更多还原
