南瓜属蔬菜亲缘关系的AFLP分析

【摘要】 利用AFLP分子标记技术对南瓜属4个栽培种中的88个品种间亲缘关系进行研究。从64对引物中筛选出10对引物进行选择性扩增,共获得515条清晰可辨的标记,其中多态性条带202条,多态率39.22%。聚类分析结果表明:黑籽南瓜与西葫芦的亲缘关系较近,与南瓜的亲缘关系次之,与笋瓜的亲缘关系最远。三个常见的栽培种中西葫芦与南瓜的亲缘关系较近,与笋瓜的亲缘关系较远。

【Abstract】 Genetic relationship of 88 species of 4 cultivated of Cucurbita was studied by molecular marker technology AFLP.Ten pairs of selective primers were screened out from 64 pairs of primers.A total of 515 legible bands were amplified of which 202(39.22%) showed polymorphic.Clustering analysis showed that the relationship between Cucurbita ficifolia and Cucurbita pepo L.was closer,Cucurbita moschata D.was next and Cucurbita maxima D.was farther.Among three main cultivated varieties,the relationship between Cucurbita pepo L.and Cucurbita moschata D.was closer than that between Cucurbita pepo L.and Cucurbita maxima D.
