【摘要】 本文采用石蜡切片的方法,对换锦花花芽分化过程中花芽进行解剖学观察,同时对其花芽分化的时期进行了确定,结果表明:花芽分化过程可分为:Ⅰ.花芽分化准备期,Ⅱ.花原基产生期,Ⅲ.花被片分化期,Ⅳ.雄蕊分化期,Ⅴ.心皮分化期,Ⅵ.雌蕊分化期,Ⅶ.花芽分化后期等7个时期。从2月底至4月初为换锦花出叶期,养分的积累为花芽分化做准备;4月上旬的盛叶期时花原基出现;4月下旬外花被和内花被形成;5月初左右雄蕊形成;5月便开始就进入心皮子房发育阶段,5月底到6月上旬完成雌蕊分化,整个花芽分化基本完成。更多还原

【Abstract】 The technology of sectioning with paraffin was used and researched on the anatomic observation of flower-bud on Lycoris sprengeri.The process of flower-bud differentiation was divided into 7 phases:Ⅰ.Flower bud differentiation of preparation,Ⅱ.The time of spent a period primordial,Ⅲ.Formation of perianth,Ⅳ.Formation of stamen,Ⅴ-Formation of seedpod,Ⅵ.Formation of pistil,Ⅶ.Flower bud differentiation late.From the end of February to early April,the leaves of L. sprengeri began growth for the accumulation of nutrients.It is the time to prepare for the flower bud differentiation.Primordium of flower was formed in early April.Formation of perianth occurred in late April Stamens formed at the beginning of May,and meanwhile the development stage of seedpod come into being in May.The forming of flower buds from differentiation pistil completed by the end of May to early June.更多还原
