【Abstract】 Current situation of study on storage,transportation and refreshment about melon in xinjiang is reviewed in this paper from four aspects:harvesting and grading,pretreatment of refreshment,storage,package and transportation,there are any suggestion to be carry on:we should breeding and standardize the operation of technology about the melon cultivation to produce more variety which have a better ability in storage and transportation,we should determine the appropriate harvest time according to the different sales channel of melon,and strengthen the pretreatment of refreshment before storage and transportation of melon,and standardize the product packaging,we should step up the Brand consciousness of melon in order to establish a unified system of production and sales.更多还原
