【Abstract】 Zaotian is a new F1 hybrid melon developed by crossing two inbred lines M005 and M993,which bred by Institute of Horticulture,Anhui Academy of Agricultural Sciences.Zaotian was tested in regional variety trials and variety trials in 2005-2007.Zaotian has vigorous plant and sets fruit easily.The total growing period is about 100 days and the fruit development period is 40 days.The fruit is ellipse with yellow green skin and rare net.Its flesh is white with thickness of 4cm and soluble solids content 16%.The average fruit weight is 1.5-2.0kg with good storage and shipping ability.The yield per 667m2 is about 2460kg-3800kg.Zaotian is resistance to diseases and has wide adoptability.更多还原
