【摘要】 对学术期刊来说,审稿人既是学术文章科学性的把关者、创新性的鉴定者,又是稿件取舍的决策者,更是刊物质量的支撑者。本文分析了我国现阶段高校科技期刊审稿工作中存在的问题,并以武汉大学学报信息版审稿情况为例作了相应的讨论,在此基础上探讨了合理选择科技期刊审稿人的相关途径,从补充和更新专家数据库、建立综合评价体系、建立栏目主审制度等三方面论述了专家审稿制度。更多还原

【Abstract】 The reviewers of sci-tech journals have an important role in deciding the scientificity and novelty of the academic referees,they are not only decision-makers to choice manuscripts,but also supportors of the journals quality.This paper analyzes the problems in the course of peer reviewing of university sci-tech journals in current and the peer review states of Wuhan University Journal is discussed as an example.Meanwhile,it is discussed that how to chose suitable reviewer and how to fufill the specialist reading system.更多还原
