两种几何模型的DNA链断裂损伤蒙特卡罗模拟比较

【摘要】 细胞核中DNA的辐射损伤是引起一切辐射生物效应的最基本、最重要的原初损伤。而蒙特卡罗模拟方法是DNA辐射损伤研究中强有力的工具。本文使用自主开发的纳剂量蒙特卡罗程序模拟计算了不同电子能量均匀照射DNA原子模型时所导致的DNA链断裂损伤产额,并与之前使用DNA体模型模拟计算的DNA链断裂损伤产额进行了对比。从两种几何模型模拟计算结果的对比来看,使用DNA原子模型模拟得出的DNA双链断裂损伤值比使用DNA体模型模拟得出的值更接近于实验测量值,具有更高的准确度。
【Abstract】 The radiation damage on DNA in a cell nucleus is the most fundamental and important primary damage for all radiation biological effects and Monte Carlo simulation is a powerful tool for research of radiation damage on DNA.In this paper,a nanodosimetry Monte Carlo program was developed and used to simulate the yields of DNA strand breaks under the condition that a DNA atomic model was uniformly irradiated of electrons with different energies.The results were compared with those of a formerly used DNA volume model.After comparison,it was concluded that the yield of DSB derived from the DNA atomic model was more closer to the experimental data than that of the DNA volume model.Thus,the DNA atomic model has a higher accuracy than the DNA volume model.
