核空气净化系统高效过滤器泄漏检验DOP试剂替代研究

【摘要】 广泛调研有关HEPA过滤器检验方法文献的基础上,选择了PEG400(聚乙二醇400)、SHELL ONDINA OIL15、PA04(聚α烯烃4)为DOP(邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯)的拟替代试剂,进行了3种试剂的气溶胶转化率、粒径及其分布、DOP检测仪响应及高效过滤器泄漏率表征实验。综合比较3种拟替代试剂的技术特性、安全性和经济性,最终确定国产PA04是替代DOP的最佳试剂。
【Abstract】 On the basis of widely investigation over available literatures concerning HEPA filter testing methods,we chose out PEG400,SHELL ondina oil 15,PAO4 as candidates for DOP substitutes,and conducted some tests about aerosol conversion rate,particle size distribution,DOP detector response and leaking rate of HEPA filter with these substitutes.In consideration of its technical properties,safety and economy,domestic PA04 is generally the best substitute for DOP among others.
