【摘要】 随着经济的发展和劳动力成本的增加,物流输送中对于托盘的使用日益增多,而在辐照处理这些使用托盘的产品的时候,传统的箱式辐照装置需要对托盘进行拆分以及辐照完毕后又需要对产品进行托盘打包,这种对于托盘的拆分和打包浪费时间和人力,而对于冷冻产品在该操作上具有更大的难度,因此国际上对于能直接使用托盘进行辐照处理的辐照装置的需求日益增加。北京三强核力辐射工程技术有限公司根据用户的需求以及国际发展趋势,从2008年开始研发并于2010年底研发成功SQ(P)重型辐照装置,该新型辐照装置采用重型悬挂输送机和液压过源机械相结合,利用吊架直接装载两个托盘对产品进行辐照,无需对托盘产品进行拆分和打包,可以节约大量时间和劳力;过源机械简单并可实现多种运行模式,可以满足高剂量和低剂量的处理需求;承重能力大,单一托盘的载重可达800 kg,并可处理高密度产品;特别适合于冷冻产品、食品和水果等的辐照,也可用于医疗用品的辐照灭菌。更多还原

【Abstract】 The vast majority of gamma irradiators around the world cannot treat full pallets of products.Processing the products requires removing the pallet wrap,un-stacking pallets,then restack and re-wrap them.This increases the risk of confusion and damage of the individual packing units as well as the consumption of pallet wrapping consumables.But most of all it requires more labor,and this is why in the 1980s,the first attempts to irradiate products in full pallets took place in Germany and the USA.However,these irradiators often had an excessive DUR for products with densities greater than 0.25 g/cm3.Furthermore,the conveyor was not always responsive enough when heavy loads were carried and also wearing was accelerated.In order to improve their competitiveness,Asian irradiation companies are now also interested in reducing the labor component of their costs by processing full pallets.It is in answer to this demand from the market that Beijing SQHL Radiation Engineering Technology Co.,LTD.(SQHL),designed the SQ(P)irradiator between 2008 to 2010.This new type of irradiator has the capability to move hanging loads of 2 pallets with a gross weight of 800 kg each.While this irradiator is especially suited for bulk frozen food and fruit,it can also be used for light density products such as medical devices.更多还原
