乙酰甲胺磷的60Co-γ辐射降解机理研究

【摘要】 利用60Co-γ辐射降解有机磷农药乙酰甲胺磷的稀水溶液,以乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制率为指标,研究了不同辐照气氛和吸收剂量下乙酰甲胺磷稀水溶液辐照前后的毒性变化;并采用高效液相色谱、离子色谱等检测手段对降解产物进行了分析。结合溶液毒性变化和降解率、生成的无机离子浓度等,初步探讨了不同反应条件下乙酰甲胺磷的辐射降解机理。
【Abstract】 The degradation of Acephate,one kind of organophosphorus pesticide,in aqueous solution was studied by 60Co-γirradiation.At the different aura and absorbed dose,the inhibition rate of acetyl cholinesterase(AChE) was measured to investigate the toxicity of Acephate solutions before and after irradiation.Furthermore,the degradation products were analyzed by HPLC and IC.Combining the degradation degree,the concentration of generated inorganic ions and the toxicity of solutions,the 60Co-γradiation degradation mechanism of Acephate in different irradiation conditions was preliminarily studied.
