蒸汽发生器沉积物模拟垢样制备研究

【摘要】 为获得能够模拟蒸汽发生器中产生的铁氧化物垢层,从而为蒸汽发生器清洗剂的开发奠定基础,采用电沉积分别制备了Fe3O4和Fe2O3薄膜。XRD和XPS分析表明制备的Fe3O4和Fe2O3薄膜与报道的蒸汽发生器中铁氧化物垢层的物相和成分一致。我们进一步以制备的模拟垢层为对象,采用有机酸清洗剂对其清洗。结果表明可用该模拟垢样进行清洗剂的开发和评价。
【Abstract】 Fe3O4 and Fe2O3 films were prepared with electrodeposition to simulate the iron oxide scales in the steam generator. XRD and XPS characterizations indicated that the prepared Fe3O4 and Fe2O3 films were almost the same as the iron oxide scale in heat exchangers both in phase and chemical composition as reported.The prepared films were further cleaned by the organic acid cleaning agent,which indicated the films could be used for the evaluation and development of cleaning agent.
