矩形窄通道内流动沸腾阻力特性实验研究
Experimental researches on flow boiling pressure drop characteristics in narrow rectangular channels

【摘要】 本文对矩形窄通道内流动沸腾阻力特性进行了实验研究,在此基础上,讨论了影响矩形窄通道流动沸腾压降的影响因素,并将实验值与经典关系式预测值进行了比较。研究结果表明:总压降随质量流量和出口含气率的增大而增大;各分压力降中摩擦压降占主要部分,其次是加速压降和重位压降。热流密度、入口过冷度和质量流量等对摩擦压降有重要影响,在一定的热流密度下,摩擦压降随入口过冷度减小而增大;Lockhart-Martinelli、Martinelli-Nelson和Chisholm关系式与实验结果符合较好,均相流模型误差较大。
【Abstract】 Both the flow boiling pressure drop characteristics and its influence factors in narrow rectangular channel were studied experimentally,The experimental data were compared with expectation value of empirical correlations.The results show that the mass flux and heat flux density and subcooling have a significant effect on the friction pressure drop, friction pressure drop increase with the drop of subcooling.It is seen that the calculated value of Lockhart-Martinellu Martinelli-Nelson and Chisholmand correlations is in agreement well with the experimental value and suitable for calculation of two-phase friction pressure drop but except homogeneous flow model in narrow channels.
