高温及γ辐照老化对钠基膨润土影响的初步研究

【摘要】 以内蒙古高庙子改性钠基膨润土为研究对象,利用X-射线衍射仪和同步热分析仪分析了高温热老化、γ辐照老化和γ辐照一热顺序老化作用对钠基膨润土性能和微观结构的影响。发现单纯热作用或单纯的辐照作用影响较小,而辐射-热顺序老化作用会显著影响钠基膨润土的微观结构。经过1000kGy-l20℃-9000h老化后,蒙脱石已完全转变为非膨胀性的伊利石,晶胞尺寸从老化前的158A减小至约60A。
【Abstract】 To analyze the effect of thermo-aging,γ-ray irradiation and radioactive-thermo-aging for Na-bentonite that produced in Gao Miaozi inner-Mongolia.The characteristics of Na-bentonite are studied by DSC and XRD.The results show,that:the effect by single thermo-aging orγ-ray irradiation is limited,however the effect by radioactive-thermo-aging is distinct.montmorillonite have transformed illite after 1000KGyγ-ray irradiation and thermo-aging 9000h under 120℃.in addition,crystal cell size have minished to 60 A from 158A.
