新疆粳稻空间诱变育种研究初报

【摘要】 为利用空间诱变技术培育水稻新品种,2006年9月通过(实践八号)育种卫星搭载3个水稻品种的种子,返地种植后,逐代考察了后代的遗传变异情况。结果表明:SP1代与对照差异不显著;SP2代群体的单株间主要农艺、经济性状出现了强烈的广谱分离,变异频率高达4.09%。SP3代部分株系开始稳定。SP4代基本进入稳定状态,筛选出的突变株系最高增产幅度达到29.8%,抗病性明显提高。实践证明:水稻干种子在空间条件下所产生的变异频率高,变异幅度大,并台粥稳定的遗传于后代,有望选育出水稻新种质资源。

【Abstract】 In order to breed new rice varieties by space mutation,the seeds of three rice varieties were carried into space by a recoverable satellite for breeding(Shijian 8) on September 2006.After returning back to earth,the seeds and progenies were planted in field and screened the genetic variation.Results showed that there were no significant differences between SP1 and CK,however,some variability on morphological and economic traids were found in SP2,the frequency of variability was up to 4.09%.Some lines of SP3 became stable,and most lines of SP4 were stable.The highest increase on yield was up to 29.8% in some mutation with better disease resistance.Practice showed there were a high frequency and a large extent of variations, when dry rice varieties were carried into space,which were heritable stably.Thus space mutatation is hopeful to develope new germplasm.
