铝胁迫下大豆根系柠檬酸的分泌研究

【摘要】 铝毒是酸性土壤上影响作物产量和植物生长的主要限制因子之一。铝胁迫主要危害植物根系的生长,从而影响水分及养分吸收,最终影响植物生长和发育。本研究以大豆耐铝基因型"吉林70"为材料,采用液体培养的方法,研究了铝胁迫下大豆根系柠檬酸分泌情况。研究结果表明:铝胁迫下,可使大豆根系分泌柠檬酸以抵抗铝的毒害,且柠檬酸的大量分泌是在铝胁迫6 h之后,说明其分泌方式应该属于模式Ⅱ;分根实验表明,在同一株大豆幼苗中,铝只毒害与其接触的根,而对其他根基本不产生毒害。

【Abstract】 Aluminum toxicity is one of the most significant constaints limiting plant growth and crop production in acid soils.The root growth is hurted by Al stress and absorbability of water and nutrient decreased,so the growth and development of plant is limited.In the present study,with solution culture,Jilin70 was selected as the Al-tolerant cultivars for the research of effect of Al on the citrate secretion of soybean seedling.The results were as follows:Exclusion of citrate acid from soybean roots be used to chelating Al and thus minimising the impact of Al toxicity.We found that large quantities of citrate secretion from soybean roots occurred after 6-h Al stress.Therefore,the former was classified to patternⅡ;results of root manipulation experiments revealed that only the Al-treated root portions were hurted.This injury was not observed in the roots of the same plant,which received only calcium solution without Al.
