内陆核电站核与辐射安全的航空监测

【摘要】 内陆核电站从其建成、正常运行,直至退役,其辐射安全的航空监测通常有五个阶段:内陆核电站建成后初次安装核燃料前进行核电站周围地区辐射环境本底的航空测量,以建立其核与辐射安全航空监测数据库;首次装料达到满负荷运行后,部署航空监测,评价核电站运行对周围环境辐射的影响;正常运行期间,对内陆核电站开展定期的核与辐射安全的航空监测,与其航空监测数据库中原有监测数据进行比较分析,评价其安全运行状况;核电站退役,也要部署航空监测,以评价核电站是否存在环境辐射污染;一旦发生核事故后,快速启动核应急航空监测,追踪放射性烟羽的漂移方向与扩散范围,快速提供核事故所造成的污染航空监测数据资料,供核应急指挥部门做出快速决策。

【Abstract】 There will usually be the following five stages for airborne monitoring of nuclear and radiological safety for the inland nuclear power plant(INPP) from its building,operating,into decommissioning.First stage,before nuclear fuel sets will be installed for the first time,would arrange the airborne monitoring of background radiation,in order to investigate the level of background radiation surrounding INPP and establish the database of airborne monitoring data for its nuclear and radiological safety.Second stage,after it will be operating in the full-loading for the first time,would carry out of airborne monitoring,to assess the effects of nuclear and radiation to environment due to the operation of INPP.Third stage,for the period of that the INPP is operating normally,should implement airborne monitoring periodically,in order to monitor safety operation of the INPP.Fourth stage,when INPP will be decommissioned,would order airborne monitoring,in order to investigate the possible radiological contamination of environment from the facility.And fifth stage,in case of the nuclear accident of INPP would be happened,should fly the airborne monitoring for nuclear emergency response urgently.
