【Abstract】 the traditional"three-network"means the telephone network,data network and video network;the modern unified"three-network"is that integrate data,voice and video service into a single network.Furthermore,as rapid development of information technology,triple network union has become a globally recognized future direction and the inevitable trend of ICT development.Meanwhile, this trend also matches domestic circumstance.In current situation of rural area,rural construction,rural production increment and peasants’ education become the new issue of triple rural problem".Triple network union in rural area can realize that publishing information and offer infrastructure of natural disaster,agriculture state,distant education and agriculture trading in time.更多还原
