二元喷管喷流红外辐射特性研究

【摘要】 为了降低飞行器尾喷流红外辐射强度,文章对二元喷管进行了曲面设计,在模拟发动机试验台上进行实验,测试分析了二元喷管与轴对称喷管尾喷流三维流场分布特性。由于二元喷管的内外涵曲面造型特点,强迫冷热流以及环境气体之间的剧烈混合,数据显示二元喷管喷流高温核心区长度仅为轴对称喷管的1/4;对两种喷管喷流的红外辐射强度进行了计算,给出了二元喷管与轴对称喷管红外辐射强度分布特性,说明二元喷管能够抑制热喷流50-70%的红外辐射强度.
【Abstract】 In order to decrease the infrared radiation (IR) of aircraft plume, this article presents the design of curve-surface transition in 2-D nozzle. In the experiment on the simulation engine test-bed, the three-dimension distribution of plumes generated by 2-D and axisymmetric nozzle were tested and the traits of the flow field were analysed. Because of the curve-surface trait of outer and inner nozzle , the violent mixing process was compeled between heat stream , cold stream and surrounding air. According to the datum evidence, demonstrates that the high-temperature core plume of 2-d nozzle decline rapider and is about 1/4 to axisymmetric nozzle in extent, After the calculation, distribution traits of IR intensity of plumes for 2-D and axisymmetric nozzle were given. From the graphs in paper , the conclusion was drawn that the 2-D nozzles can restrain 50%-70% IR of hot plume.
