Absorption-free slow light propagation with intersubband transitions in a semiconductor quantum well

【摘要】 <正>The propagation of the low-intensity light pulse propagation through an asymmetric semiconductor quantum wells is studied analytically. With proper parameters, slow light propagation can be observed. Meanwhile, the probe absorption/dispersion spectra can be changed from absorption to electromagnetically induced transparency (EIT).
