钻负载量对Co-PPy/C催化剂的氧还原电催化稳定性的影响

【摘要】 以VX-72R为载体,原位聚合制备出碳载聚吡咯(PPy/C)复合载体,采用浸渍法及高温热处理制备出Co-PPy/C催化剂,通过X射线衍射、透射电镜、元素分析等多种表征方法,研究了催化剂的Co/Py配比、N含量、晶型结构、形貌特征等因素对其催化氧还原活性及酸性介质中的稳定性的影响。结果表明,Co/Py=1:2催化剂在酸性介质中具有良好的氧还原活性,其氧还原初始峰电位(Ep,c)达到0.351V(vs.SCE)。经353K硫酸溶液中浸泡三天后,Co-PPy/C催化剂中占总含量72%的氧化态的钴及钴单质被溶出,Ep,c负移仅80mV,催化剂具有很好的稳定性;催化剂活性组分中Co/N摩尔比接近2:1。
【Abstract】 PPy/C has been prepared by in-situ polymerization,followed by pyrolysis together with different Py/Co molar ratios at 800℃.Co-PPy/C was characterized by X-ray diffraction,transmisson electron microscopy and elemental analysis.The ORR performance and stability of catalyst in acid solution were researched by Co/Py molar ratios,Ncontent,crystal structure,morphology and other factors.It shows that catalyst with Co:Py molar ratio of 0.5 have a good ORR activity.Ep,c of ORR reach 0.367V(vs.SCE).72%Cobalt ions were dissolved out after Co0.5-PPy/C catalyst treat in 0.5mol/L H2SO4 at 353K for 3 days,and Ep,c decrease 80mV.Co/N molar ratio close to 2:1 in active component of Co0.5-PPy/C catalyst.
