凝胶注模法合成La0.75Sr0.25Mn0.5Cr0.5-xCuxO3-δ(x=0,0.05)SOFC电极材料及其性能研究

【摘要】 本文采用溶胶.凝胶法制备了B位Cu部分取代Cr的La0.75Sr0.25Mn0.5Cr0.5-xCuxO3-δ(LSMCr0.5-xCux,x=0,0.05)材料,通过XRD研究了材料的晶相、TEM表征了其微观形貌、并研究了其电化学性能,评价了LSMCr0.5-xCux作为SOFC阳极的潜力。结果表明,LSMCr0.5-xCux(x=0,0.05)在1000℃煅烧5h以上均可形成钙钛矿晶相,但由于Cu的掺入导致粉体粒径比未掺杂的LSCM有所增大。制备了对称电池研究了材料的阴阳极阻抗特性,结果表明,Cu的掺入显著改善了材料的电化学性能。

【Abstract】 B-site substitution of La0.75Sr0.25Mn0.5Cr0.5-xCuxO3-δ(LSMCr0.5-xCux,x=0,0.05) perovskite oxides used as anode materials of Solid oxide fuel cells(SOFC) were prepared by gel-casting method.Phase analysis and microstructure of LSMCr0.5-xCuxwere characterized by X-Ray diffusion(XRD) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM),respectively.Area specific polarization resistance(ASR) of symmetric electrolyte-supported LSMCr0.5-xCux/YSZ/LSMCr0.5-xCuxcells was investigated.The obtained LSMCr0.5-xCuxpowders are pure perovskite phase after heat treatment at 1000℃for 5 h.assured by XRD. The size of particle increase with substitution of Cu.The impedance spectra showed that the ASR value of LSMCr0.5-xCux in wet 5%H2-Ar atmosphere was lower compared with pure LSCM.
