有机-无机杂化隔膜的制备及其热收缩性能研究

【摘要】 聚烯烃隔膜的热收缩性极大的制约了锂电池的安全性应用。木文通过化学接枝法将有机-无机硅氧杂化体系引入到聚烯烃隔膜表面,在电化学性能改变不大的情况下极大地改善了隔膜的热收缩性,并成功地解决了陶瓷改性隔膜工业化的"掉粉"问题。
【Abstract】 The thermal shrinkage of the polyolefin separators has become a very critical issue for safety in lithium ion batteries.In this study,we coat commercialized Celgard-2300 separators with organic-inorganic hybrid materials by chemical grafting method,which fully avoid pulverization of conventional silica nanoparticles embedded in polymer matrices.The organic-inorganic hybrid coating proposed in this study is also employed to serve as a mechanical support,which endow polyolefin separators with improving thermal stability at elevated temperatures.The series of electrochemical experiment fully confirm that the organic-inorganic hybrid coating does not introduce much adverse effect on the battery performance while substantially diminish the thermal shrinkage.
