Li[Li0.2Ni0.2Mn0.6]O2/PANI复合正极材料的制备及电化学性能研究

【摘要】 采用原位聚合法,以苯胺为单体,过硫酸铵为氧化剂,盐酸为掺杂剂在Li[Li0.2Ni0.2Mn0.6]O2材料表面进行原位聚合,制备了Li[Li0.2Ni0.2Mn0.6]O2/PANI复合材料。用X-射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和恒流充放电对材料的结构、形貌和循环性能进行了表征。结果表明,聚苯胺的包覆并没有改变Li[Li0.2Ni0.2Mn0.6]O2的晶型结构,并能够提高材料的循环性能。
【Abstract】 Li[Li0.2Ni0.2Mn0.6]O2/PANI composite cathode material was prepared by an oxidative polymerization of aniline monomer,with ammonium persulfate as oxidant,hydrochloric acid as dopant.The structure,morphology and electrochemical properties of Li[Li0.2Ni0.2Mn0.6]O2/PANI were charactrized by XRD,SEM and galvanostatic charge and dischange methods.The results show that crystal structure of Li[Li0.2Ni0.2Mn0.6]O2 does not change,and composite material shows better cycling performance than the uncoated.
