LiV3O8/MWCNTs正极材料的制备及电化学性能研究

【摘要】 以LiAc·2H2O和NH4VO3为原料,乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)为螯合剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了层状LiV3O8。再通过球磨法,用多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)对LiV3O8进行掺杂,合成了LiV3O8/MWCNTs复合正极材料。用X-射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、恒流充放电实验等对材料的结构、形貌和电化学性能进行了表征。实验结果表明,MWCNTs掺杂并未改变LiV3O8的层状结构,并能有效的提高LiV3O8的循环稳定性。
【Abstract】 Using LiAc·2H2O and NH4VO3 as raw material,and EDTA as chelon,by adopting Sol-gel to prepare layered LiV3Og.And then by ball milling to dope LiV3O8 with multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs),synthesized composite cathode materials LiV3O8/MWCNTs.X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),galvanostatic charge-discharge experiments and so on were used to characterize the material structure,appearance and electrochemical properties.Experimental results showed that MWCNTs-doped has not changed the layer structure of LiV3O8,and can improve its cyclical stability.
