铅酸蓄电池生产中铅酸废水的清洁生产处理工艺

【摘要】 采用调节—中和过滤—一步净化器一生物接触氧化一石英砂/活性炭过滤的处理工艺对铅酸蓄电池厂的铅酸废水进行处理。工程运行情况表明该工艺的组合是可行的。主体设备一步净化器的特殊结构不仅能够保证处理效果,而且占地面积少,操作方便。生物接触氧化及石英砂/活性炭过滤能保证出水COD的达标。其处理后的水达到排放标准,并能回用到车间,产生一定的环境效益和经济效益。
【Abstract】 The treating process of adjusting,neutralizing and filtering,one-step purifier was applied for lead-acid wastewater from lead-acid battery plant.The operation of the project indicates that this combination process was feasible to treating the lead-acid wastewater.The special structure of one-step purifier was both responsible for the ideal treatment effects and has the advantages of lowly-covered area and easy operation.The treated wastewater can meet the discharging standard,and can be recycled to workshops,thus bringing about bout economic and environmental benefit.
