日本电能质量标准情况及其新进展

【摘要】 日本作为世界上电能质量水平最高的国家之一,其电能质量相关标准值得关注。通过借鉴其有价值的内容,在完善我国电能质量标准体系、提高我国电能质量水平的过程中发挥应有的作用。本文简要论述了日本电能质量相关标准制订与实施的发展历程。日本早期制订的指南性标准主要针对供电频率和电压允许变动。随着非线性负荷的发展,又形成了谐波电压和电流畸变、电压波动等推荐导则。近十几年来,随着分布式电源的发展及供用电环境的变化,日本不断制订和完善相应的标准。日本在电能质量标准制订中,一方面密切结合日本自身的实际情况,一方面努力与IEC标准统一。这些都是值得借鉴的内容。更多还原

【Abstract】 As one of the country with the highest level of power quality in the world,Japan has carried out a series of remarkable work for power quality standards.It is useful to improve the power quality standards system and enhance the level of power quality in China by referring to the power quality standards of Japan.This paper briefly discusses the establishment and implementation process of power quality standards in Japan.Japan’s early guide of standards aimed at the variation of power frequency and voltage.With the development of the nonlinear load,the recommended guidelines of harmonic voltage,current distortion and voltage fluctuation are also formed.In recent ten years,with the development of distributed generators and the changes with the pattern of power supply,Japan constantly develops and perfects the corresponding power quality standards.In the process of standard development,the standard organization closely combines with the industrial practice in Japan.On the other hand,it also endeavors to unify the standards in Japan with the IEC standards.These are all worthy of observing and learning.更多还原
