大豆异黄酮抑制人乳腺癌细胞生长及作用机制研究

【摘要】 采用体外细胞培养的方法,探讨大豆异黄酮对体外培养的人乳腺癌MCF-7细胞生长的作用及作用机制。结果表明,大豆异黄酮抑制MCF-7细胞生长,诱导MCF-7细胞凋亡。蛋白水平检测表明大豆异黄酮可使MCF-7细胞iNOS表达升高。结果提示大豆异黄酮抑制MCF-7细胞生长,诱导细胞凋亡,并主要是通过调节iNOS基因表达实现的。
【Abstract】 The effects of isoflavone on human breast cancer cell line MCF- 7 growth and apoptosis and its probable mechanisms were studied in vitro.The results showed that isoflavone could significantly inhibit the growth and induce the apoptosis of MCF- 7 cells.Western Blotting showed that isoflavone increased iNOS protein expression.These results suggested that isoflavone signififantly inhibited the MCF- 7 growth and induced cell apoptosis by regulating iNOS gene expression.
