软岩切削的离散元模拟及实验研究

【摘要】 采用颗粒流软件,建立了软岩的颗粒簇模型。在实验的基础上,通过模拟单轴压缩试验及巴西试验对软岩模型的宏观参数进行标定。动态模拟了刀具切削软岩过程,通过单因素法模拟分析刀具结构参数及切削参数对于刀具载荷的影响;通过正交模拟分析,获得合理的刀具结构参数及切削参数,并通过实验验证模拟结果的准确性。结果表明:切削速度对软岩强度、裂纹的影响较小,切削力随贯入度(切削深度)的增大而增加,随前角的增大而减小,随钝圆半径的增大而增加。钝圆半径对刀具载荷的影响最大。
【Abstract】 By means of particle flow code, the cluster model of soft rock was established. Macro parameters of soft rock model were calibrated through the simulation of uniaxial compression and brazil tests on the basis of experiments. The dynamic process of soft rock cutting was simulated, the effect of load on cutter was analysed under different structure parameters and cutting parameters of cutter by single factor method, the reasonable structure parameters and cutting parameters were obtained using orthogonal simulation, the simulation accuracy were verificated by experiments. The results show that there was a small impact of cutting speed on soft rock strength and crack, the cutting force increased with the increasing of penetration and edge radius of cutter, and decreased with the increasing of the rake angle. the edge radius had a greatest impact on the load of cutter.
